Important Considerations

Publication Status

Notices must be set to “Published/Public” to appear on your website. Draft status keeps them internal only.

Subscriber Fatigue

Too many notice updates may cause unsubscribes. Balance frequency with importance.

Managing Existing Notices

Live Notices

  • Currently visible to public
  • Monitor for needed updates
  • Check expiration dates

Draft Notices

  • In preparation
  • Not publicly visible
  • Review regularly for publication

Past Notices

  • Expired notices
  • Historical reference
  • Access via “View Past Notices”

Viewing Past Notices

To view any notices that have expired:

  1. Navigate to the Notices page
  2. Click the “View Past Notices” button
  3. Browse through expired notices
  4. Click on any notice to view its full details and history

Past Notice Access

Past notices remain accessible for reference but are not visible on your public website

Deleting Notices

  1. Open notice details
  2. Click “Edit Notice”
  3. Click trash can icon
  4. Confirm deletion

Deletion is Permanent

Deleted notices cannot be recovered. Consider setting to expired instead.
