The Notices page allows you to create, view, and manage public notices for communication with the community.

Creating Notices
From Scratch
- Click “Create New Notice”
- Enter notice details:
- Title (clear and descriptive)
- Summary (brief overview)
- Content (full details)
- Configure in Actions widget:
- Status (Published/Unpublished)
- Schedule (if applicable)
- Expiration date
- Visibility settings
- Click Save
From Template
- Click “Create from Template”
- Select template from dropdown
- Look for

Adding Files
- Click + in Notice Files widget
- Enter file details:
- File name
- Description
- Attach file
- Click Save File

Subscriber Management
Adding Subscriber Categories
- Toggle relevant categories in Subscribers widget
- Categories auto-receive updates
- Examples:
- Library Updates → Library Construction Notice
- Water Service → Service Interruption Notice
Notice-Specific Subscribers
Residents can subscribe to individual notices:
- Appears in Notice Subscribers list
- Receive targeted updates
- Managed separately from categories
Notifying Subscribers
- Click “Create Message to Subscribers”
- Setup Tab:
- Name the notification
- Link to notice included automatically
- Channels Tab:
- Compose text message
- Write email content
- Schedule Tab:
- Immediate or scheduled
- Click Queue Notifications
Public Updates
Adding Updates
Updates appear chronologically under the main notice:
- Click “Add Notice Update”
- Enter update text
- Click “Save Notice Update”
Update Behavior
Updates don’t trigger subscriber notifications automatically. Create separate notification if needed.
When to Use Updates

Web Link
- Open notice details
- Click “Shareable Web Link”
- Copy link to share

Important Considerations
Publication Status
Notices must be set to “Published/Public” to appear on your website. Draft status keeps them internal only.
Subscriber Fatigue
Too many notice updates may cause unsubscribes. Balance frequency with importance.
Managing Existing Notices
Live Notices
- Currently visible to public
- Monitor for needed updates
- Check expiration dates
Draft Notices
- In preparation
- Not publicly visible
- Review regularly for publication
Past Notices
- Expired notices
- Historical reference
- Access via “View Past Notices”
Viewing Past Notices
To view any notices that have expired:
- Navigate to the Notices page
- Click the “View Past Notices” button
- Browse through expired notices
- Click on any notice to view its full details and history
Past Notice Access
Past notices remain accessible for reference but are not visible on your public website
Deleting Notices
- Open notice details
- Click “Edit Notice”
- Click trash can icon
- Confirm deletion
Deletion is Permanent
Deleted notices cannot be recovered. Consider setting to expired instead.
